Lauren came to me at 18 days old and was a breeze to work with. That skin tone, that hair!! Go ahead, swoon! One more beautiful Outer Banks newborn baby on the block! Enjoy!
Genevieve & Chad are very good friends of mine, shooting weddings as their associate photographer for Genevieve Stewart Photography, going on 4 years now. This is the couples second beautiful baby girl. You can check out images from Beyahs birth HERE.
Now with this being baby #2, Lowry was not going to wait for anyone. Not me, not her midwife. I’m just glad Gen made it to Albemarle Hospital in Elizabeth City! I arrived about 10 min after mom & dad at 4:13AM, Lowry was born at 4:01. Totally bummed that I didn’t get those photos of the first breath but stoked for Gen on having a super fast birth. I was still able to get some of those first moments that we all take for granted on camera. Meet Lowry Farrow.
Yesterday I got to photograph not one newborn but two. That’s right, I was swooning all day and loved having the opportunity to work with these two. Mom was a total rockstar and carried them full term so finding props to fit two full size babies in was pretty fun! Please meet Noelle + Jude.
Can you imagine how hard it is to hold these little teeny tiny babies at about 1 week old and then give them back!! As my youngest is approaching 2 years old I find myself just staring at every newborn client I’ve had recently. Theres nothing more perfectly created then a human life and to be fortunate enough to curl them and hold them for my career is one of the biggest blessings I can think of. Thank you to EVERY single client I’ve had this year, you guys keep me running.
Another December baby except this time a little boy! I’ve followed Wyatt’s parents throughout their pregnancy and had an amazing time at their maternity session in Manns Harbor, NC at the site of their future family home. Mom & Dad brought some of their favorite things including a vintage fish basket, dads decoy & Remington gun crate & some special knit hats to go with grandpas football, go MHS!
